These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GradVox platform operated by GradVox Ltd (Company No. 17334970) (“GradVox”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old. By using the Platform you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. One natural person = one Candidate account.
4.1 You retain ownership of your video pitch and content.
4.2 By uploading a pitch you grant GradVox a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to host, display, stream, reproduce, and use your video and profile information for the operation of the Platform and for promotional, marketing and advertising purposes (including on social media, websites, ads, case studies and third-party platforms) anywhere in the world.
4.3 You confirm that you have all necessary rights to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
4.4 We may moderate, reject or remove any pitch at our sole discretion.
4.5 GradVox does not guarantee that any Client will view your pitch, contact you, or offer you employment.
Once a billing period has been charged, no refunds are available for that period (or any previous periods), including if you cancel mid-cycle or stop using the service.
You must give us at least 14 days' written notice before the next billing date if you wish to cancel. Cancellation requests should be sent to info@gradvox.com or made via your account settings (where available). Notice received less than 14 days before the next billing date will take effect at the end of the following billing period.
Free trials last a maximum of 7 days. Trials are not extended under any circumstances once the 7-day period ends. At the end of the trial your Subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Each Subscription is limited to a maximum of 5 individual user accounts per company. Additional users require a separate Subscription or an upgraded plan (if offered). We may suspend access if this limit is exceeded.
You may only use the Platform for legitimate recruitment purposes. Scraping, bulk downloading, or using Candidate data for any non-recruitment purpose is strictly prohibited.

All Platform software, design, branding and non-user content belongs to GradVox or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold GradVox harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. Upon termination your right to access the Platform ends immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or via the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
